Transfer to Ukraine Division
According to rule M.3 IVAO Rules and Regulations a member may request a division transfer at any time, however all transfers are subject of approval by the members prospective division and the Membership Department.
If you want to become a part of Ukrainian Division, please, compose an email with subject Division transfer ID######, where ###### is your unique IVAO ID.
For example, if your ID is 123456, you have to fill this subject: Division transfer ID123456.
We will not process any transfer with no ID in the subject line.
In the contents of the letter, briefly describe the reason why you want to transfer to our division. You can use English language only. Then you have to send this email to [email protected] and [email protected], where XX is your current division ISO-code (f.e. NL or DE), with CC to [email protected].
Please note:
- In case you have a pending practical exam, please finish the exam first or request cancellation from your assigned examiner,
- Only one transfer is allowed in one year.
