How to change personal data entered during registration?

If you want to change your name, division, or email address, you need to send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] requesting the changes. If you have difficulty corresponding in English, contact the division’s user coordinators.

If you want to change your city or contact information, this can be done via your personal page. To enter the edit section, click "Change my details".

I currently cannot log into the network. When will my profile be deactivated?

If you have not logged into the network for three months, your account will be deactivated, and its status will change to "inactive." If you remain inactive for 9 months, your account may be deleted.

My account is deactivated. How do I activate it?

Go to your personal page, where you should see "Your account is currently inactive on IVAO. To reactivate it, click here." Click on the link, and your account will be reactivated.

Can I change my passwords to something easier to remember?

Due to security concerns, this is not possible.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to the password reminder page and enter your ID in the VID field. Then click the "Send Passwords" button. You should receive an email with your passwords.

My network hours have not been credited. Is this normal?

Hours in your account are updated daily at 12:00 UTC. If you are connected to the network at this time, the hours will be credited the next day, also at 12:00 UTC.

Hours will be credited under two conditions:
1. A flight plan was correctly prepared and submitted in IVAO, and the server started counting hours.
2. The hours were not canceled by the server due to being stationary on the ground for more than 1 hour. You will be notified about this in the IVAP window.

In other users' profiles, I have seen many awards and badges. How can I receive them?
